Importación de Vehículos para personas con discapacidad
Con exenciones del pago de tributos al comercio exterior de acuerdo a su porcentaje de discapacidad; para lo cual se debe registrar la solicitud de exoneración de tributos.
Las personas que se acogen a este régimen son las que han sido debidamente calificados por la Autoridad Sanitaria Nacional (Ministerio de Salud Pública) con un porcentaje de discapacidad del 30% o superior.
El vehículo no debe superar los 60 salarios básicos unificados, $ 24000.00
